The Saturday Edit

Hello friend! I hope you are enjoying the first full weekend of spring!

Suddenly, life feels like life is beginning to return to normal. My calendar is filled with appointments that bring with them the promise of weddings and events to come. People are reaching out and re-connecting. It’s been a rough year, but all the time off has me refreshed and ready to be back out in the world creating magic for couples.

That said, I’m enjoying these last few weekends at home to cuddle my pups and putter around the house. I had a long-ish list of big projects I wanted to accomplish, and the final one to cross off my list is cleaning out and re-organizing my closet. My dream closet scenario would look something like this. Definitely adding that to my list of must-haves for my next home.

I’m also starting to think about re-doing our patios. I’ve been looking at outdoor furniture and I’ve narrowed down my style to a cross between traditional with a hint of boho. Love everything this designer has done and I’m studying each photo for inspiration.

The desire to travel has really amped up lately, too. We’ve been home for a solid year, and even though I live in Los Angeles, I’m dying to get somewhere with white sandy beaches and clear blue water. And of course, I’m always on the hunt for fabulous locations for elopements or destination weddings. This place would fit the bill for either a honeymoon or an intimate wedding.

Speaking of weddings, I love this wedding planner’s style. Classic and gorgeous with so many swoon-worthy details.
