Trend Report from Bridal Fashion Week: Sculptural Wedding Gowns

Monvieve

Last week was Bridal Fashion Week for Spring/Summer ‘22, and I had the pleasure of sitting front row (from my computer!) and watching all the gorgeous bridal gowns presented this year. As someone who considers herself a connoisseur of bridal fashion, having the opportunity to see the new collections was such a treat! As someone who publishes a blog, I knew I wanted to bring some of what I saw, so I’m breaking it down into three days worth of posts.

There were SO many beautiful dresses, and I can’t possibly show them all here, but here is my break down of styles that caught my eye. Today, I’m starting with what I call the “sculptural” dresses. To me, sculptural mean details that that look carved, or have a more structural feel to the fabric or design. The materials can seem formal, but they can translate to just about any wedding style.

Thrilled to share some of my favorites, below, if you’d like to see!
